Our client is a Chinese-invested asset manager. To cope with business and talent strategy, they are now hiring a HR Business Partner to help oversee their asset management and investment banking business.
About The Role
Reporting into the BP Lead, you will act as the interface to the business and stakeholders with a wide variety of business partnering responsibilities. You will be hands-on and work to support the organisation on the entire spectrum of HR areas including recruitment, employee relations, talent and performance management as well as HR projects. It is critical to always act in a commercially oriented and advisory capacity providing advice to stakeholders, as well as consulting on a wide range of policies and practices. You will also need to liaise extensively with the business to understand their needs and deliver innovative and practical solutions.
The successful candidate will have broad HR experience gained within the financial services industry (Chinese-invested companies preferred), and a proven ability to work across multiple client groups. You must be able to create strong partnerships quickly and be able to influence, inspire and challenge. You will have a 'hands-on' and results oriented approach, excellent interpersonal skills and a high level of initiative. Above all, you must have the maturity, credibility and drive to succeed. Bilingual proficiency in both English and Mandarin is a prerequisite.
