About the Client
Our client is a leading retail company in Hong Kong. Due to recent expansion, they are now seeking for a passionate individual to join them as the HR Specialist.
About the Role
- Provide support on the Learning and Development function, including but not limited to, design, evaluate and organize the training program in line with company objectives
- Analyse and identify the staff training and development needs
- Organize and coordinate the engagement activities
- Provide support on ad hoc projects related to Learning & Development
The Successful Applicant
- Degree holder with major in Human Resources Management
- Minimum 1-3 years related experience is needed, Experience from MNC background will be an advantage
- Strong attention to detail and result-oriented
- Able to work independently while meeting tight deadlines
- Proficient in both written and spoken English and Chinese
