Human Resources Manager (Education, up to $50k)
- Employment engagement & internal communication
- 5-6 years+ of solid HR experience
- Exp in education sector or sizable org preferable
- 5-day work, 1-year contract
- Location: Wanchai
Major Responsibilities
- Lead, organize and support different employee engagement and training activities including Townhall, Lunch & Learn, internal events, celebrations, etc.
- Work closely with internal and school teams to manage all HR operations and projects for better sharing of HR information and internal communication.
- Establish and review SOP related to all HR functions & operations, and other internal control and compliance, in order to enhance the efficiency, problem-solving and high standard of HR practices.
- Provide insights and practical advice in enhancing the digitalization process and the policies and procedures of HR functions to meet the set objectives and budget.
- Support the digitalization of HR functions and intranet project for internal and school staff.
- Direct report to the Vice President of Human Resources, and perform any ad hoc duties as assigned.
Requirements
- Degree holder in HRM, Business Administration or related disciplines.
- At least 5-6 years of solid experience in human resources especially relating to employee engagement, SOP, internal communication or digitalization.
- Experience in education sector or sizable organization will be preferable.
- Motivated, fast-paced, committed and passionate.
- Able to multi-task, work independently and under pressure.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal and presentation skills.
- Good command of MS Office, knowledge in HR systems will be a plus.
- Proficient in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin (both spoken and written).
