About our Client
Our client is a world-leading manufacturing solution company. They are currently seeking for a seasoned Human Resources Manager to join the team in Hong Kong and drive global initiatives.
About the Role
- Provide full spectrum of HR services including but not limited to recruitment, rewards management, employee relations, learning & development
- Initiate and participate in various annual exercises such as annual salary review, salary bench marking, bonus scheme, short-time and long-term incentive plans
- Work closely with the senior management and provide HR strategies and advisory to meet with business goal
- Responsible for driving HR digitisation projects, working closely with internal and external parties for project alignment
- Revamp HR policies & procedures from a global perspective and ensure they are comply with local labour ordinance
- Assist in any other ad-hoc duties as assigned
The Successful Candidate
- Degree holder in HR Management, Business Administration or related disciplines
- With minimum 10 years of HR generalist/ HRBP, preferably with regional/ global exposure or from multinational companies
- Down-to-earth and self-motivated personality
- Strong in building relationship with all level of staff
- Excellent communication, interpersonal and presentation skills
- Proficient in spoken and written English and Chinese
- Business travel is required
