About the Client

An internationally renowned medica device provider with a strong track of success is now looking to strengthen their HR Team and bring on a passionate individual to join them as the Human Resources Manager.

About the Role

  • Report to General Manager
  • Oversee the HR Department and its day-to-day functioning, including but not limited to recruitment, compensation & benefits, employee relations and retention, resources management and planning, performance management, training and development, records management, HR information system, and HR compliance, etc.;
  • Act as the business partner to the business unit heads and provide strategic counsel on all human resources matters;
  • Take lead in the review of existing policies and procedures while making necessary adjustments deemed necessary
  • Set the objectives and provide clear guidelines in managing the daily services in all areas;
  • Assist in adhoc HR projects initiated from Regional and Global Headquarter

The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor and/or Master's holder in Human Resources or related disciplines
  • Minimum 12 years of full spectrum HR management experiences gained preferably in the Medical / Pharmaceutical sector
  • Well versed in Hong Kong Employment Ordinance, PRC Labour Contract Law and other HR related legislation
  • Good analytical skills and strong attention to detail
  • Outstanding stakeholder management skills
  • Highly agile, able to multi-task and work independently
  • Excellent command of written and spoken in Cantonese, Mandarin and English
