About the Client
Our client is an industry pioneer within the mass retail segment. As part of business expansion, they are now seeking for an agile and driven individual to join them as the Human Resources Officer - C&B.
About the Role
- Perform C&B functions including but not limited to payroll administration, attendance & leave record maintenance, MPF and medical scheme
- Assist in payment and pension processing, tax filling, rental reimbursement
- Maintain accurate employee records in HRMS
- Familiar with HR systems and tech tools related to Payroll
- Support C&B Manager on annual projects as assigned
The Successful Applicant
- Degree holder with major in Human Resources Management
- Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in the area of C&B / Payroll operations, ideally gained from sizeable organizations
- Strong attention to detail
- Able to work independently whilst also a team player
- Proficient in both written and spoken English and Chinese
