About the Client
Our client is one of the largest telecommunication operators in Hong Kong. Due to recent business expansion, they are now seeking for a high calibre professional to join them as Human Resources Officer - Recruitment.
About the role
- Provide end-to-end recruitment activities including but not limited to posting job advertisements, conducting interviews, job offering, on-boarding arrangements and reporting, etc
- Work closely with hiring managers to understand the hiring needs and develop the corresponding sourcing strategies
- Initiate effective recruitment channels to source potentials candidates
- Perform ad hoc projects as assigned
The Successful Applicant
- Degree holder with Bachelors in Business Administration, Human Resources or related disciplines
- Minimum 2 years relevant experience gained in sizeable organizations
- Excellent communication, influencing and analytical skills needed
- Proficient in both written and spoken English and Chinese
- Immediate available candidates highly regarded
