Our client is a sizeable tech-savvy business in Hong Kong. To cope with upcoming business transformation initiatives, they are currently looking for a seasoned recruiter to join as part of the growing talent acquisition team.
About The Role
Working alongside a team of recruiters dedicated for different business units, you will come with strong recruitment execution skills, managing all vacancies and the end-to-end recruitment/candidate cycle. You will communicate and build relationship with a wide range of internal and external stakeholders, including collaborating and influencing line managers to determine requirements, make recommendations and agree deliverables, as well as specialist research and benchmarking; and also liaising with external recruiters as and when needed.
To qualify, you will be a degree holder with 8+ years relevant experience in corporate function recruitment, ideally with experience working for sizeable organisation with matrix structure. Customer facing / professional firm experience would be of high value to this role. You will come across as a hands-on recruiter with strong interpersonal and influencing skills partnering with business stakeholders, also someone who's self-driven and able to deal with ambiguity. English and Chinese will be required for this role.
