My client is an International Corporate owns manage office, industrial, data center and logistic business. In order to expand their business in Hong Kong and China, they are looking for a Leasing Manager.
About the Role
- Report to Head of Leasing
- Plan and implement the leasing strategies and business plan
- Maintain relationship, interact and understand existing and potential clients' needs
- Handle daily leasing and tenancy matters, coordinate with different departments on tenants' fit-out
- Conduct market research, analyze data and report to align with company's vision
The successful applicants
- Degree in Real Estate or related disciplines
- 5 years' or above experience in Industrial Leasing
- Agency background are welcome
- Fluent in written and spoken English and Chinese
- Corporate, open-minded and good communication skills
