My client is one of the renowned developer and they embrace of different new concepts in practical ways. They are looking for a Leasing Manager to join their team for their upcoming new project.
About the Role
- Handle all the leasing matters including new let, renewal and tenant negotiation
- Seek potential new tenants that are suitable for the current mall strategy
- Maintain relationships with tenants and other agents
- Coordinate with other parties such as property management and marketing team for tenant move in/out and events
- Conduct market research and annual budget
The successful applicants
- Degree holder in Real Estate, Surveying or related disciplines
- 6 years' relevant leasing experience or above in shopping mall
- Experience of pre-leasing would be an advantage
- Strategic, independent and good negotiation skills
- Fluent in written and spoken English and Chinese
- Proficient in using MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint
