About the Role
- Report to team head
- Plan and implement leasing strategy for the commercial building
- Maintain relations between tenants and agencies
- Prepare budget and rental proposals
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis on other area
The successful applicants
- Degree holder in Real Estate, Surveying or related disciplines
- 7 years' relevant experience or above
- Strong business acumen with negotiation skills
- Self-motivated, independent and good communication skills
- Fluent in written and spoken English and Chinese
- Proficient in using MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint
