About the Client
Our client is a lead organization in the industry, with 10+ overseas offices across the globe. They are currently looking for a HR Manager to support HR compliance and governance in a global perspective.
About the Role
- Report to Human Resources Director
- Lead the review and revamp of HR policies and procedures for Group Office and overseas offices, and ensure all are complied with local legislation
- Develop and enhance Standard Operating Procedures to ensure operation efficiency
- Draft the employee handbook, HR policies and official guideline for Group Office and overseas offices
- Manage the development and execution of framework and measurements used to assess and oversee HR risks and controls across the company
- Prepare materials and drafting minuets in the Committee and management meeting
- Assist in any ad hoc HR projects if required
The Successful Applicant
- Bachelor holder in Human Resources or related discipline
- Minimum 6 years related work experience in HR related legal/ regulatory and compliance programs
- Strong understanding on employee legislation and labour ordinance in Hong Kong and other countries
- Great interpersonal and communication skills
- Outstanding stakeholder management skills
- Excellent command of written and spoken in English and Chinese
