About Our Client
A Hong Kong real estate developer with strong business presence in Hong Kong & China. They are looking for a well versed HR business partner to lead and strengthen the HR team, in order to attain company goal.
About the Role
- Lead the team and manage all-round HR activities such as talent acquisition, performance management, C&B and employee relations in Hong Kong
- Prepare and monitor the implementation of the operation plan for all HR activities;
- Provide constructive advice and market insights to senior management and related business unit(s)
- Conduct review on existing HR procedures and policies to cope with business needs
- Act as an account manager for dedicated business unit and handle all staff work-related enquiries
- Engage ad hoc assignment if required
The Successful Applicant
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related disciplines
- Minimum of 12 years' HRBP and / or HR account servicing experience in a sizeable organization
- Have experience in driving change and transformation will be an advantage
- Strong sense of responsibility and strive for continuous improvement
- Exceptional leadership skills and strong business acumen
- Excellent stakeholder management skills
- Strong presentation and communication skills
- Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese
