Our client is a luxury retail / FMCG company, currently looking for a Paralegal with 4+ years of relevant experience to join. Candidates with relevant in-house APAC experience highly regarded.
About The Role
This role would report directly into the Regional Legal & Compliance Director, and will be responsible for:
- legal and company secretarial support
- review and draft legal and/or company secretary related documents
- legal researches and ad hoc projects as assigned
- maintain legal databases and update company / corporate information
- liaise with external vendors and counsels as appropriate
Requirements
The ideal candidate will be/ have:
- 4+ years relevant paralegal experience from sizeable and matrix MNCs, regional experience a plus
- Able to work independently with minimal supervision
- Tactful communications skills liaising with senior business stakeholders
- High proficiency in English alongside positive attitude and a detail mind
