About our Client
My client is a Chinese Restaurant over 10 stores in Hong Kong. To cope with their upcoming expansion plan, they are looking for a Project Manager to join their team.
About the Role
- Responsible to manage the whole process of new store and store renovation, such as design, construction and opening stages
- Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to maintain the projects are within schedule and budget, as well as the quality meet the standard
- Lead a maintenance team to support repair and maintenance works
- Prepare and review tender documents to contractors and consultant
- Prepare annual budget and ad-hoc tasks
The successful applicants
- High Diploma holder or above in Interior Design, Engineering or related disciplines
- 6 years' or above experience in Project Management
- Candidates from F&B experience is a plus
- Independent, good communication skills, able to work under pressure
- Fluent in written and spoken English and Chinese
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office, Auto CAD
- Less experience will be consider as Assistant Project Manager
