Project Manager (Financial & Business Process Enhancement)
About the Client
Our client is a renowned conglomerate with strong business presence in the Greater China. Currently, they are recruiting a Project Manager to enhance the financial and business processes for the Group.
About the Role
- Report to Transformation Lead
- Design and standardize financial and business processes
- Work with different business and functional leaders within the Group
- Identify potential risks and room for efficiency enhancement
- Work with external parties such as consulting firm to facilitate relevant transformation projects
- Take up any ad-hoc duties as assigned
The Successful Applicant
- Bachelor degree in Accounting, Finance or equivalent
- At least 6 years of relevant work experience in financial process/business process improvement
- Six Sigma Green Belt/Black Belt, PMP qualification is an advantage
- Project lead/consulting experience is a plus
- Self-driven, detail-minded, agile, able to multi-task and work under pressure
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Fluent in Cantonese, Mandarin and English
