About our Client
My client is a Hong Kong listed developer with diversified residential and commercial assets in Hong Kong and overseas. In order to maintain premium quality of services, they are looking for a Property Manager to join their team.
About the Role
- Lead a team to monitor and supervise colleagues and frontline staff (e.g. cleaning staff, security) to handle daily operation
- Coordinate with technical team to ensure maintenance work on schedule
- Prepare annual budget and procurement tendering
- Handle IO and OC for the management matters of the estates
The successful applicants
- High Diploma holder or above in Property Management, Facility Management, Real Estate
- 7 years' or above experience in property management
- Professional Qualification such as PMP Tier 1 is a plus
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office
- Fluent in written and spoken English and Chinese
