About the Role
The person will be responsible for full spectrum of receptionist duties such as greeting internal and external guests, answering the phone, mailing order, courier services and update all related record. Also to assist in daily office administrative and office maintenance work and handle other ad hoc assignments.
About the Person
- Diploma or above
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience
- Strong interpersonal communication skills and priority setting
- Proficient in MS Office, including Outlook, Word, Excel
- Pleasant personality and good telephone manner
