About the Client
We are representing a multinational property investment and development company, headquarter in the United States. They are looking for a seasoned HR Manager to support HR matters in Hong Kong, China and Korea.
About the Role
- Report to Human Resources Director
- Provide full spectrum of HR service including but not limited to talent acquisition, total rewards, training & development and staff engagement
- Work closely with business heads on manpower planning and staff cost budgeting
- Participate and support C&B annual exercises such as salary & bonus review, salary survey & benchmarking and performance management
- Maintain close relationships with internal departments and business heads to make proactive and appropriate recommendations
- Assist in HR policy review, enhance the company HR services in order to drive employee's satisfaction
- Assist in any related HR projects if required
The Successful Applicant
- Bachelor holder in Human Resources or related disciplines
- Minimum 10 years of HR generalist experience, ideally with regional exposure
- Well-versed on labour ordinance in Hong Kong, and other regions would be a plus
- Great interpersonal and communication skills
- Strong numerical sense, analytical skills and detail-oriented
- Self-motivated, able to multi-task and work independently
- Excellent command of written and spoken in English, Cantonese and Mandarin
