About our Client

Our client is a fast-growing and sizable MNC with business across the globe. They are currently hiring a dynamic HR Manager for joining their HR Team, to act as a business partner and deliver talent acquisition and talent management initiatives across the APAC business.

About the Role

  • Act as a trusted business partner, provide consultative advice to stakeholders in Regional and Global function
  • Provide recruitment solutions to all business functions promptly and plan according to manpower forecast
  • Lead efforts to continuously improve the talent acquisition strategies including selection process with tools, measures to diversify the talent pool, strategic resourcing plans and provide effective solutions on talent acquisition and retention, etc.
  • Responsible for recruitment with the corporate and front line position hiring
  • Develop and deliver HR policies initiated by the group to cope with the business needs

The Successful Candidate

  • Degree holder in HR Management, Business Administration or related disciplines
  • With a minimum of 10 years of experience in Talent Acquisition and Development, preferably from MNC with APAC scope and experience with Mass recruitment
  • Sounds knowledge in HR Management with a good understanding of HR practices and market trends
  • Passion to drive engagement and transformation for the business
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills
