About our Client
Our client is a luxurious hospitality group headquartered in Asia. They are currently looking for a dynamic and fast-pace individual to join them as the Secretary to support Group Executives on their daily business operations.
About the Role
- Under a business support team
- Provide business support for Group Executives on travel arrangements, expenses management and documentation processing
- Provide support on regional corporate events including townhall and annual gatherings
- Coordinate with internal and external parties to ensure all assigned tasks are on-track
- Assist with ad hoc activities if needed
The Successful Applicant
- Degree holder with a minimum of 4-5 years' experience in secretarial or team admin support
- Excellent command in English and Chinese
- Proficient user of Microsoft Office
- Fast pace, driven and dynamic
- Detail oriented and able to work independently
- Good stakeholder management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
