About our Client
Our client is a luxurious hospitality group headquartered in Asia. They are currently looking for a dynamic and fast-pace individual to join them as the Secretary to support Group Executives on their daily business operations.

About the Role

  • Under a business support team
  • Provide business support for Group Executives on travel arrangements, expenses management and documentation processing
  • Provide support on regional corporate events including townhall and annual gatherings
  • Coordinate with internal and external parties to ensure all assigned tasks are on-track
  • Assist with ad hoc activities if needed

The Successful Applicant

  • Degree holder with a minimum of 4-5 years' experience in secretarial or team admin support
  • Excellent command in English and Chinese
  • Proficient user of Microsoft Office
  • Fast pace, driven and dynamic
  • Detail oriented and able to work independently
  • Good stakeholder management skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
