Our client is a sizeable blue-chip organisation currently inviting a seasoned C&B practitioner to join as part of the HR management team.
About The Role
Reporting into the Head of C&B, you will review and develop rewards strategies including short and long-term incentive schemes, you will also drive benefits review ensuring best practices and business strategies are in place. You will analyse and interpret statistical output from compensation surveys, also liaise with external vendors to design and administer company medical benefits and insurance policies. You will also review and implement performance management policies and guidelines, and update HR policies and procedures as required to ensure the business is meeting regulatory compliance standards. Ad hoc projects will be assigned.
The ideal candidate will be a degree holder with 10+ years solid C&B experience acquired from sizeable companies, candidates with experience working for professional services firms highly regarded. You will have sound track record reviewing and driving reward and performance management policies and demonstrate good knowledge of different C&B programmes. Strong analytical, interpersonal and communications skills will help excel in this role; a good team player with a can-do attitude and someone self-motivated will also be of definite advantage. Good command of both spoken and written English & Chinese is essential.
