Our client is an industry leader within the professional services sector. They are hiring a C&B Lead to join as part of the Human Resources team.
About The Role
Reporting into the Head of HR, you will supervise the C&B team and be in charge of the reward and compensation function:
- Advise the business on salary and compensation matters in line with company's philosophy and guidelines
- Develop compensation and rewards strategies that attract and retain talent (including incentive plans, benchmarking and grading exercises taking command of various compensation cycles and broader reward agenda)
- Perform salary reviews based on market and sector specific benchmarking to ensure competitiveness
- Provide support on offer management as required
- Oversee and periodically reviewing the administration of benefits, and manage annual review processes
- Coordinate communication of compensation and benefits information to employees and other stakeholder groups
- Respond to ad hoc requests for analysis and programme development as required
Requirements
The ideal candidate will be:
- University degree holder in Human Resources, Business Administration or similar relevant field
- Proficient at numerical and analytical skills
- Excellent MS Office skills (MS Excel, MS PowerPoint)
- Prior experience in HRIS preferred
- Good verbal and written communication in English and Chinese (proposals, reports etc.)
- 10+ years experience specialising in C&B function at a sizeable and matrix organisation
- Interested and experienced in C&B projects and strategies, also proven hands on experience on day to day C&B operations
- Happy to roll sleeves up and be involved in the detail as well as macro issues
