About our Client
Our client is a multinational manufacturing & trading leader, currently hiring a dynamic and seasoned (Senior) C&B Officer for joining their HR team in Hong Kong.
About the Role
- Provide full spectrum of compensation and benefits tasks including but not limited to payroll calculation, MPF administration, tax filing, leave management, benefits administration and renewal and performance management
- Participate in C&B projects, such as staff cost budgeting, workforce analytics, salary and bonus review
- Assist in HRIS system implementation project, including consolidating data, advise local market information to HRIS project team, participate in UAT testing and maintenance
- Assist in any adhoc tasks if required
Successful Applicants
- Degree holder in HR Management, Business Administration or related disciplines
- With minimum of 5 years of C&B experience in sizeable corporation
- Familiar with HRIS - Success Factors would be an advantage
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
- Dynamic and independent personality
- Immediately available is a MUST
- Good command in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin
