Senior Finance Manager
About the Company
Our client is a HK listed conglomerate with a strong presence in Hong Kong and China. To cope with their business needs, they are looking for a Senior Finance Manager to join their finance department.
About the Role
Reporting to the Finance Director, you will manage a neat team. You will work at group level and work with different BUs for annual budget and forecast. You will consolidate management report and conduct analysis to assess the performance of different business units. You will review and enhance existing financial policies and procedures as well as support finance transformation projects, e.g. system implementation and process enhancement. Last but not least, you will handle any ad-hoc assignments as required.
The Successful Applicant
The ideal candidate will be an experienced finance manager with at least 12 years of relevant work experience gained from Big 4 and conglomerates/ sizable MNCs. Solid experience in group level management reporting/ financial planning and analysis is a must. China exposure is an advantage. Relevant professional qualifications such as HKICPA and ACCA is required. Excellent analytical, multi-tasking and communication skills are required. You should be confident, mature, able to deal with senior stakeholders and manage people at different levels. Proficiency in English, Mandarin and Cantonese is compulsory.
