Senior Finance Manager - ICT
About the Company
Our client is a HK listed ICT company and they are looking for a seasoned and all-rounded Senior Finance Manager to lead their finance team.
About the Role
Reporting to the Financial Controller, you will manage a neat team to perform a full spectrum of accounting and finance functions at corporate level . You will be responsible for handling financial reporting and consolidation. You will involve in management reporting, conduct analysis to assess business performance and investment opportunities (land acquisition/ M&A). You will prepare interim and annual reports and coordinate for annual audit. You will involve in cash flow management and liaise with external professionals such as external auditors and bankers. You will review and enhance existing accounting standards and make sure that compliance is met. Last but not least, you will make presentations to top management for regular business update and investment proposal evaluation.
The Successful Applicant
The ideal candidate will be an experienced finance manager with at least 12 years of relevant work experience gained from Big 4 and HK listed companies. All-rounded accounting and finance experience in telecommunication/ property development/ infrastructure/ manufacturing will be required. Relevant professional qualifications such as HKICPA and ACCA is required. Excellent analytical, multi-tasking and communication skills are required. You should be confident, mature, able to deal with senior stakeholders and manage people at different levels. Proficiency in English and Cantonese is compulsory.
