Our client is a leading financial institution in Hong Kong, currently hiring a seasoned HR professional with 12+ years of experience in recruitment and business partnering function to join as part of the team. Experience working for banking, insurance and professional services sector highly regarded.
About The Role
In this role, you will:
- Be the go-to HR advisor for the designated business unit; consult with BU heads and provide daily HR guidance aligned with business strategies
- Analyse trends and metrics within the HR department
- Resolve complex employee relations issues and address drievances
- Work closely with management and employees to improve work relationships, build morale and increase productivity and retention
- Provide HR policy guidance
- Monitor and report on workforce and succession planning
- Support on ad hoc projects as assigned
Requirements
To quality, you will have:
- 12+ years proven work experience as an HR business partner with hands on recruitment skills
- Strong business acumen to be able to align business objectives and HR strateiges with corporate goals
- Excellent relationship building, influencing and customer service skills to build effective partnership with business line management, HR and other key partners
- The ability to work with all levels of management
- The ability to be results focused and evaluate options and develop recommendations to complex and multi-dimentional issues
- The ability to be intuitive and forward thinking with strong communication and presentation skills
- Strong organizational and project management skills and proven ability to successfully deliver/implement/execute initiatives, processes and policies
- BS degree in Human Resources, Psychology or related discipline
