Our client is a stable and growing bank, currently looking for a seasoned HR Business Partner to join as part of the HR team, leads a team of 2 and overseeing the retail banking business.
About The Role
Reporting into the Head of HR, Retail Banking, you will lead a team of 2 and provide guidance, support and decision making as appropriate. You will act as a true HR Business Partner to the retail banking business, provide stakeholders with a full range of strategic advisory and transactional services support (recruitment and employee relations in particular), also define and deliver an effective HR people plan in line with business strategy and growth plans, as well as drive the implementation of HR strategy and build effective work relationships with both CoE HR partners and business stakeholders.
The ideal candidate will be a degree holder with 12+ years relevant HR business partnering experience overseeing retail banking business. You'd be highly experienced working for a fast-paced and volume business, also with tactful problem-solving skills handling staff cases and also communications skills liaising with senior business stakeholders. Prior team management experience is essential and both English and Chinese required for this role. Immediately available candidates highly regarded.
