Our client is a market leader in the sourcing industry. Due to business expansion, they are now seeking for an energetic talent to join the team as Senior HR Officer.
About the Role
You will directly report to the HR Manager, cooperate with a small team and serve a population of 500. You will be responsible for full spectrum of HR function. You will work closely with the line managers and conduct recruitment activities. You will handle the monthly payroll and employee relations. You will also prepare various HR reports for management review and take lead on the staff orientation. Last but not least, you will handle any ad-hoc HR duties as assigned.
The ideal candidate should be a Bachelor's degree holder in Human Resources, Business or related disciplines. You need to have at least 5 years of HR generalist experience. Having worked with sizeable companies and industries such as sourcing and supply chain will be an advantage. You need to have strong interpersonal and communication skills. Fluency in written and spoken in English and Chinese is required. Proficiency in Microsoft Office is a must.
Candidate with less experience will be considered as HR Officer.
