About our Client
Our client is a multinational fashion & beauty brand. They are currently looking for a seasoned HR Officer to join the team and support all-round HR matters.
About the Role
- Direct report to HR Manager
- Responsible for full spectrum of HR services including recruitment (both frontline & corporate functions), payroll, taxation, MPF and benefit administration, handling staff issues and staff engagement activities in Hong Kong and Macau
- Work closely with business managers on hiring plan, staff movement and headcount budgeting
- Participate in annual C&B exercises such as annual salary review, incentive scheme and bonus review
- Compiling HR monthly reports for management review
- Assist in any HR related tasks if required
The Successful Candidate
- Degree holder in HR Management, Business Administration or related disciplines
- With a minimum of 3 years of HR generalist experience, preferably in Retail/FMCG companies
- Strong numerical sense and business acumen
- Self-motivated, passionate and with good attitude
- Excellent communication, interpersonal and presentation skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and formula usage
- Good command in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin
