About our Client
My client is a Hong Kong listed company who focus their business on watches and jewellery. The company owned several office buildings, so they are looking for a Senior Leasing Officer to join their team.
About the Role
- Report to Manager
- Formulate and implement the leasing strategies to maximize the occupancy rate of the buildings
- Handle regular leasing matters (e.g. new letting, renewal) to ensure tenants have been covered under the portfolio
- Maintain good relationship with tenants and agents to gather latest market information
- Conduct market research, reports and presentation to align with the market
The successful applicants
- Degree in Business, Real Estate or related disciplines
- 4 years' or above leasing experience
- Agency background are welcome
- Fluent in written and spoken English and Chinese
- Corporate, open-minded and good communication skills
