Our client is a well-established mixed-industry group with worldwide operations and a massive population. To cope with upcoming strategic business developments, they are inviting a seasoned Talent Acquisition professional to join as part of the HR management team.
About The Role
Reporting into the Head of Talent Acquisition and leading a sizeable team, you will be an innovative thinker to join the Human Resources team and will lead the company's talent acquisition function to attract and retain the highest quality candidates to support company mission and strategic plans.
You will have a strong commitment to drive and promote the employer brand, attraction and selection strategies that are both inclusive and equitable to ensure employment and retention of the highest calibre of talent. Whilst utilising your strategic abilities to deliver a cost-effective recruitment model, actively managing strategic resourcing by providing a comprehensive range of sourcing solutions and uplifting capability in alignment with business needs. Using your high level of stakeholder engagement, you will partner closely with senior leadership team to make an impact.
Requirements
The ideal candidate will have minimum 15 years talent acquisition experience ideally in-house and agency environment, and a wide network of talent and service providers. You will come with track record of success in delivering innovative sourcing strategies that deliver top talent at scale, experience creating narratives that impact the targeted talent pools, derived both at a skills level and adapted for market/geographical availability. You will also come with excellent influencing skills partnering with key executive stakeholders. You must have in-house recruitment experience and dealing with high volumes, and experience in an highly international and matrix multicultural environment is required.
