About the client
My client is a Hong Kong listed property developer mainly focuses on luxurious residential and infrastructure projects in Hong Kong and China. Due to business expansion in Hong Kong, they are looking for a Senior Marketing Officer to join their team.
About the role
- Involved in planning and assistance to the execution of marketing campaigns for Hong Kong residential projects
- Conduct market research and analysis
- Support sales administration and contract preparation to execute all events run smoothly
- Coordinate media placement (offline advertisements, TV commercials, press conference)
- Coordinate on show flat design and arrange sales office logistics
- Organize and manage events & showcases (e.g. press tour, show flats tour, etc.)
- Develop communications materials (e.g. sales brochure, leaflet, press release, social media etc.)
- Provide after-sale services to customers
The successful applicant
- Bachelor's degree in marketing or related disciplines
- 3 years' experience, preferably marketing & sales of residential properties in property developers
- Prior exposure to 1st-hand sales of residential projects is a plus
- Knowledge in Residential Properties (First Hand Sales) Ordinance
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in English and Chinese
- Good communication skills and able to meet tight schedule and work under pressure
