About the Client
Our client is a leading transport and logistics operator headquartered in Hong Kong with global presence. Due to recent expansions, they are now seeking for a passionate individual to join them as Senior Organisation Development Analyst
About the Role
- Engage with initiatives and activities for our employees including but not limited to vendor sourcing, event management, write up of various communication collaterals.
- Liaising with global HR counterparts and employees
- To proficiently coach global HR colleagues and employees on the use of our various online HR systems and tech tools related to L&D and talent management
- Restructure the operation processes and ensure engaging learning experiences for our programme participants
- Establish a credible talent database and compile analytic reports
- Coordinate with multiple parties across countries in building up a talent management information database and reports for informing people decisions.
- Evaluate the online platform contents and design knowledge portal for talent development
The Successful Applicant
- Degree holder with major in Human Resources Management
- Minimum 4-5 years of hands on experience in Learning & Development, Talent Management and or Talent Development gained from a sizeable organization with regional and or global presence is preferred
- Mass employee data management and processing
- Able to work independently while meeting tight deadlines
- Strong attention to detail
- Proficient in both written and spoken English and Chinese
- Immediate availability is highly preferred
