About our client:
Our client is a leading property developer with businesses in Hong Kong and throughout mainland China. Due to business expansion plan in the region, the team is looking for a Senior Property Manager to manage its Grade A commercial portfolio in Hong Kong.
About your role:
- Assist Assistant General Manager to oversee the operation of the whole company portfolio;
- Ensure management instructions are duly executed at site level;
- Take lead and co-ordinate with various departments to ensure smooth implementation of ad-hoc projects as well as new management strategies;
- Conduct various data analysis and reports to support decision making of top management;
- Supervision on the day to day operation of assigned portfolio;
- Assist the operation of a cleaning company wholly-owned by the Group
- Budget preparation
Requirement:
- Degree holder, preferably major in Property Management or other related discipline
- Holder of professional qualification (e.g. MCIH, MHKIH, etc.) or eligible to hold the Property Management Practitioner (Tier 1) Licence
- Minimum 16 years' in management of shopping arcade and Grade-A office building, with 8 years' supervisory experience inclusive
- Familiar with DMC, BMO and tenancy management
- Leading a team to provide professional property management services for Grade A office buildings and commercial complex
- Proficiency in both written Chinese and English
- Strong leadership with good interpersonal skills and able to work under pressure
