About Our Client
Our client is a leading and sizeable bank with strong global presence. They are now hiring a Recruitment specialist with 8+ years relevant experience from corporate banking and private banking to join as part of the HR team.
About The Role
Reporting into the Head of HR, you will take responsibility for the sourcing, recruitment and hiring of key roles within the bank's corporate banking and private banking business unit. You job duties will include:
- reviewing recruitment practices further, creating and implementing a positive recruitment strategy that successfully caters for talent and workforce planning demands
- developing and optimising employer brand and candidate experience in addition to marketing campaigns, embedding sourcing, selection and assessment practices
- influencing senior stakeholders regarding recruitment process improvement and efficiency gains
- thorough reporting and the development of meaningful metrics that assist the broader HR function
Requirements
The ideal candidate will be a degree holder in Human Resources or relevant disciplines, with 8+ years internal/industry based talent acquisition experience (corporate and private banks). You will also be equipped with a contemporary tool kit including experience in recruitment marketing, assessment, proactive sourcing, aptitude testing with the ability to review, recommend and drive change. Someone with a hands-on attitude and outstanding communication and relationship building skills alongside the ability to think strategically will excel in this role. This role pays up to HKD65,000 per month, and candidates with a short notice period would be of definite advantage.
