About the Client
We are representing a reputable retail company with strong business exposure across the globe, they are looking for a Senior Rewards Manager to join the team and lead the C&B annual exercises in Hong Kong, Macau and Taiwan.
About the Role
- Report to the Head of Rewards
- Lead and drive C&B annual exercises, such as staff cost budget, salary review and benchmarking, bonus review, offer proposal and benefit scheme review
- Work closely with Group and HRBP team on reviewing of compensation and rewards policies, such as pay/bonus structure and incentive scheme design
- Analyze market data/metrics/key performance indicators in order to measure the effectiveness of the Reward initiatives and programmes
- Prepare monthly reports including headcounts & staff cost analysis for management review
- Support any adhoc projects if required
The Successful Applicant
- Bachelor and/or Master's holder in Human Resources or related disciplines
- Minimum 12 years of hands-on C&B and total rewards experience in retail/ FMCG/ any sizeable companies
- Regional exposure would be a plus
- Good analytical skills and strong attention to detail
- Great communication and stakeholders management skills
- Proficient in MS Office (Words, PPT & Excel)
- Excellent command of written and spoken in English, Cantonese and Mandarin
