About our client
Our client is one of the major property developers in Hong Kong with a strong market foundation and sharing in the Asia market. They are looking for a Senior System Engineer with good project experience to join their team.
About the role
- Performing daily technical support and management in internal systems in the on-premise/cloud environment
- Executing infrastructure project duties with internal teammates and external vendors, including migration, configuration, upgrade, implementation, etc.
- Performing IT infrastructure administration tasks such as health checking, patching, capacity monitoring, backup, DR planning and escalation according to internal procedure
- Troubleshooting in IT servers, networking, desktop, etc., and working with other team mates with different infrastructure domain to address the issue
- Handling support tickets escalated from the L1 helpdesk team
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree holder in Computer Science, Information Technology or related disciplines
- Minimum 5 years of working experience in IT infrastructure administration and engineering
- Experience in system technologies, such as AD server, O365, VMware, Intune, SCCM, Veeam, etc
- Familiar with networking technologies, such as Firewall, VPN, Router & Switch, DNS, Endpoint, antivirus, etc.
- Knowledge of public clouds, such as AWS/Azure/Alicloud, is a plus
- Willingness to pick up new technologies and fast learning
- Good command of Chinese and English
