About our Client
My client is a Hong Kong listed developer with intensive portfolio of residential and commercial buildings. Currently they are going to launch a new estate and therefore they are looking for a Senior Technical Officer to join their team.
About the Role
- Report to Site In Charge
- Handle defects and improvement works during handover stage
- Overseeing day to day maintenance and repair for the facilities
- Liaise with contractors and vendors, prepare documents and quotation for tendering
- Supervise technical staff and service providers performance
The successful applicants
- Diploma or above in Building Services, Engineering or related disciplines
- 5 years' or above experience in property management field
- Professional Qualification such as REW (Grade A) would be an advantage
- Fluent in written and spoken English and Chinese
- Cheerful, open-minded and good communication skills
- Less experience candidate would be consider as Technical Officer
