About The Client
Our client is a commonly known global retail brand and they are looking for Solution Architect to join their IT team.
Job Responsibilities:
- Act as a tech lead and produce owner of customer marketing platform (i.e. Omni-channel) in APAC region
- Conduct solution architecture design and lead technical implementation teams on construction, development, testing, deployment and debugging
- Understand business objectives from stakeholders and ensure requirement alignment, and keep track of the project progress and performance
- Maintain data accuracy and consistency in system to improve digital consumer capture and engagement
- Work closely with cross function IT teams to ensure deliveries are aligned to standards and guidelines
- Provide insight on technical solution selection and vendor management
- Strengthen and enhance existing development life-cycle management procedure to achieve business goals
Requirements:
- Degree holder in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or related discipline
- 7 years of experience in architecture and solution design of customer marketing/loyalty/CRM platform, preferably worked in global retail, FMCG or related industries
- Proficient in microservices architecture design, DevOps and open source technologies such as Kafka, Sparks or AKS
- Strong understanding in consumer data integration and skills in master data management
- Experience in using informatica or SnapLogic is an absolute advantage
- Experience in JIRA or Confluence
- Familiar with agile development and deployment
- Proficiency in both written and spoken English and Chinese (Putonghua and Cantonese)
