About our Client

Our client is a HK top-tier property developer dedicates to residential and commercial properties. The management team is trying to bring in innovative ideas and latest technology on sustainability. In order to implement and promote their sustainability standards, they are looking for a Sustainability Manager to join their team.

About the Role

  • Drive and implement all-round sustainability strategies to create cohesion on the company's brand, e.g. community services, staff engagement, customer experience etc
  • Promote company's sustainability elements through various communication channels, e.g. media, website, apps
  • Initiate and formulate goals and action plans for company's carbon reduction
  • Plan, execute and provide guidelines for internal departments training to reduce carbon waste
  • Lead the company to stay in top-tier sustainability trend through events and activities, technologies and mini programs
  • Coordinate with internal and external parties to prepare sustainability report

The successful applicants

  • Degree holder or above in Environmental Science, Environmental Management or other related disciplines
  • 6 years or above solid experience in sustainability or corporate communication
  • Excellent communication, coordination skills and stakeholder management skills is preferred
  • Self-motivated, independent and good communication skills
  • Fluent in written and spoken English and Chinese
  • Proficient in using MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint
