About the Role
- Take ownership by formulating and implementing contemporary talent acquisition strategies with a key purpose to build an effective talent pipeline for future organization growth
- Lead and oversee a team of passionate talent acquisition specialists while overseeing the full recruitment process
- Maintain a strong relationship with key stakeholders by understanding business and talent needs
- Spearhead employer brand building initiatives with an aim to position the organization on an international level, while bringing awareness to local communities and networks
- Drive talent and business outcomes as a manpower and organisation structure advisor to the company
- Develop and implement an efficient talent acquisition process by utilizing the latest HR technology available
The Successful Applicant
- Bachelor's holder in HR Management or related discipline
- Hands on experience in leading a Talent Acquisition function for a fast moving and growing organization
- Proven track record of success in high growth organization with a variety of recruiting methods including direct sourcing, social recruiting and traditional methods with experience in Life Science related recruitment is an advantage
- Experience in achieving employer branding objectives via an effective recruitment approach
- Familiar operating in a matrix environment with good business acumen
- Self-starter with good problem solving and analytical skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Chinese will be an advantage
