Our client is a F&B conglomerate with strong business presence in Hong Kong. They are looking for a Talent Acquisition Manager to join their team.
About the Role
While reporting to the Group Head of HR, you will:
- Develop and implement recruitment strategies to develop high quality talent pool
- Enhance recruitment procedure & policy for the company
- Work closely with other business units and provide market insights
- Lead and work with the team on end-to-end recruitment process
The Successful Applicant
- Bachelor degree holder in Business, Human Resources or related discipline
- Minimum 10 years' experience in Recruitment/ Talent Acquisition in sizeable organisation
- Solid experience in mass recruitment is highly preferable
- Strong strategic planning and interpersonal skills
- Good command of English, Cantonese, and Mandarin required
