About the Client
Our client is a well-known retail company with business presence on an international level. Due to upcoming expansion plan, they are now seeking for a high calibre to join them as the Talent Acquisition Specialist.
About the role
- Provide a full spectrum of recruitment activities including but not limited to talent selection, candidate interview, job offering, on-off boarding arrangement and reporting
- Work closely with HR Manager and Retail Operations team to understand the hiring needs and initiate the corresponding talent sourcing strategies
- Initiate effective recruitment channels to source potential candidates
- Maintain records of all materials used for recruitment, including post interview assessment and related documents to share with designated stakeholders
- Assist and participate in HR / talent acquisition projects as required
The Successful Applicant
- Degree holder with major in Business Administration, Human Resources or related disciplines
- Minimum 3 years relevant experience gained in sizeable organizations within the Consumer Retail sector is preferred
- Proven experience on mass recruitment is a MUST
- Able to work independently while meeting tight deadlines
- Strong attention to detail and result-oriented
- Excellent communication, influencing and execution skills
- Proficient in both written and spoken English and Chinese
