About the client
Our client is a leading property management company, subsidiary of Hong Kong listed company. As the group aims to provide premium quality of building operation to customers, the team is looking for a Technical Service Manager, specialize in E&M to join their team.
About the role
- Lead a technical team on daily operations such as maintenance works, technical and sustainability issues etc
- Involved in tenant fitting out, reinstatement and alternation works
- Review, update maintenance procedures and systems regularly to ensure the service quality is function normal
- Coordinate and provide technical input on new projects and developments
- Keep updated with the latest statutory rules and regulations
- Control and manage annual budgets on technical service team
The successful applicants
- Degree holder in Building Services, Electrical/Mechanical Engineering or related disciplines
- Holder of MHKIE / MCIBSE or equivalent professional qualifications is a plus
- Minimum 7 years' relevant experience in property maintenance and management, with at least 3 years at managerial level in leading property management company
- Solid experience in Electrical / Building Services (operations, repair, maintenance) of commercial and residential buildings is necessary
- Good interpersonal, communication and organizing skills
- Good command in both written and spoken English and Chinese
