About Our Client

A sizeable and reputable company is looking for a seasoned Training and Development Manager to join the Group.

About the Role

While reporting to the Senior Manager, you will:

  • Identify training needs of various business units to initiate corresponding training activities
  • Responsible for creating and designing training programs and overseeing the development of careers
  • Analyze post-training evaluation and carry out follow-up actions to ensure training effectiveness
  • Assist in setting performance metrics, evaluating productivity, and creating long-term career plan with the business head(s) to facilitate success planning
  • Provide coaching and advise to business head(s) on internal promotion
  • Engage in ad hoc tasks if required

The Successful Candidate

  • Bachelor degree holder in Business Administration or related discipline
  • Minimum 7 years' experience in training and talent development, preferably in sizeable companies
  • Strong analytic, presentation and communication skills
  • Qualifications and professional certificates on training & development would be a plus
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (e.g. Words, Excel and Powerpoint)
  • Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese
