About Our Client
A sizeable and reputable company is looking for a seasoned Training and Development Manager to join the Group.
About the Role
While reporting to the Senior Manager, you will:
- Identify training needs of various business units to initiate corresponding training activities
- Responsible for creating and designing training programs and overseeing the development of careers
- Analyze post-training evaluation and carry out follow-up actions to ensure training effectiveness
- Assist in setting performance metrics, evaluating productivity, and creating long-term career plan with the business head(s) to facilitate success planning
- Provide coaching and advise to business head(s) on internal promotion
- Engage in ad hoc tasks if required
The Successful Candidate
- Bachelor degree holder in Business Administration or related discipline
- Minimum 7 years' experience in training and talent development, preferably in sizeable companies
- Strong analytic, presentation and communication skills
- Qualifications and professional certificates on training & development would be a plus
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (e.g. Words, Excel and Powerpoint)
- Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese
