About our Client
Our client is a MNC trading office and they are currently looking for an dynamic and fast-paced Admin Assistant to support the daily business operations of the business
About the Role
- Provide full spectrum of administration supports including general office administration, procurement, fixed assets management, company events.
- Prepare documents and files, and maintain records in an accurate and timely manner
- Provide clerical and administrative support and assist in handling HR duties
- Coordinate with internal and external parties to ensure all assigned tasks are on-track
- Assist with ad hoc activities if needed
The Successful Applicant
- Degree holder with a minimum 2 years experience in admin support
- Excellent command in English and Chinese
- Proficient in using Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint
- Fast paced, young and dynamic, able to work independently and be detail-oriented
- Good stakeholder management skills
- Excellent communication, interpersonal skills, able to work in a fast-paced environment
