Job Description

Admin Assistant (5-month contract, maternity coverage, up to $20k)

Job Responsibilities

  • Handle daily operation of reception such as handling incoming call, managing front desk area and welcoming guests;
  • Responsible for general administrative duties (e.g. order office stationery, office equipment requisitions, office maintenance, mailing and courier arrangements, data entry, updating and filing documents, maintaining various records)
  • Ensure the reception, conference rooms are neat and tidy;
  • Handle all daily side duties and ad hoc tasks assigned by supervisor.

Job Requirements

  • Diploma or above with at least 2-year relevant experience of HR & Admin.
  • Proficient in MS Office and Chinese word processing
  • Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese
  • Excellent customer servicing attitude and professional telephone manner
  • Responsible, self-motivated, independent and able to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Immediately availability is preferred
