Admin Assistant (5-month contract, maternity coverage, up to $20k)
Job Responsibilities
- Handle daily operation of reception such as handling incoming call, managing front desk area and welcoming guests;
- Responsible for general administrative duties (e.g. order office stationery, office equipment requisitions, office maintenance, mailing and courier arrangements, data entry, updating and filing documents, maintaining various records)
- Ensure the reception, conference rooms are neat and tidy;
- Handle all daily side duties and ad hoc tasks assigned by supervisor.
Job Requirements
- Diploma or above with at least 2-year relevant experience of HR & Admin.
- Proficient in MS Office and Chinese word processing
- Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese
- Excellent customer servicing attitude and professional telephone manner
- Responsible, self-motivated, independent and able to work in a fast-paced environment
- Immediately availability is preferred
