About Our Client
Our client is a multinational company, headquartered in Europe. Due to the business growth, they are currently looking for a seasoned and all-rounded Assistant C&B Manager to join their team and support HK & Macau.
About the Role
- Directly report to Head of HR
- Responsible for C&B operation tasks such as handling monthly payroll calculation and checking, benefits administration and renewal
- Participate in C&B annual tasks and project including but not limited to salary benchmarking, bonus scheme review and staff cost budgeting
- Assist in preparing reporting for management review
- Work closely with HR counterparts in HQ and participate in HRIS implementation project
- Assist in any ad-hoc projects if required
The Successful Applicant
- Degree holder in HR Management, Business Administration or related disciplines
- With 10+ years of experience in C&B function
- Strong communication and stakeholder's management skills
- Dynamic and strong aspiration
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel (Vlookup, Pivot table etc.)
- Good command in English, Cantonese and Mandarin
