Our client is a historical conglomerate with diversified business in Hong Kong. They are seeking an optimistic and energetic Assistant HR Manager to bring in joys and excitement to the staff in all levels.
About the Role
Reporting to the HR Manager, you will lead a small team to enhance the relation and harmony between the work. A major part of this role will focus on planning and organising staff activities and employee engagement campaigns to enhance staff communication within the company as well as to ensure employee relations risk is effectively managed. You will be involved in planning, organising and evaluation of the staff activities and engagement events for the population. In addition, daily HR administration duties and ad hoc projects will be assigned.
The Successful Applicant
You should be a degree holder in HR Management, Business Administration or related disciplines with at least 6 years experience in the HR field. Having strong leadership, communication and interpersonal skills are essential. In addition, you should be optimistic, energetic and be able to influence people. A high level of sensitivity and alertness are required. Proficiency in English, and Cantonese is a must.
